annoying antrix reg page probs

anyways what reg page i try, when i try to load it, nothing happends, apache and mysql r running, its in htdocs folder, and then in a folder there again, but when i try to accsess it, i just come to a completely white site... ive tryed atleast 5 different reg pages made from different peoples, and configs r all right... just post a post under of your config file, og any website, so i can compare, just do **** on password...
