[Antrix]2 realms 2 databses

Is it posible to make 2 realms each realm to use diferent databases and different setings ? Like one Blizzlike and one FunServer..


PS: don't aswer to this just to make fun or to make some new posts ..just tell me if anyone knows and if yes HOW ?

I'm kind of new myself, but I would guess that all you have to do is set up another Antrix folder with the settings you want and then run just the antrix.exe (since the logonserver.exe would already be running from the previous realm). Just a guess. Anyone know for sure?

I have set up 2 realms in my one server, it was quite easy looking back at it. Heres what I did. First i copied all the necessary files to run antrix into a folder insite the antrix main folder(named it normal realm). I copied antrix.exe, antrix.conf, dbghelp.dll, libeay32.dll, libmysql.dll, and realms.conf. Im using rev 290 so thats all i need, for newer revs you are gonna need a few more files. So i took at in the main realms.conf(the first one) i left it totally alone, i DID NOT say realms = 2 or any of that crap. In the 2nd realms.conf i DID NOT put realms = 2 either, i just put 1 realm. In antrix.conf (2nd 1) i changed the port to 8128 at worldserverport instead of 8129. I then forwarded that port :). Then i went into sqlyog and added another database named antrix1. I changed the database name in antrix.conf to antrix1, changed the experiance settings motd..ect, then stuck it online. works even now. Only need to register once to get on either, and both are totally different realms. Happy gaming.

@Ragus73 Thanks ..it worked :D

@acn545 Create a new registration page with a different name and change to the second database ...this is the simplyest way ...if anyone knows how to make from the same page to both Db then we listen ;)
