Antrix and SQLyog

I cant seem to get SQLyog to create a connection, i put my ip address in the box and i leave the username default as root and i put on my mySQL password but every time it gives me an error, could anyone help me with this, like what im supposed to put in each box?

Try looking around there are some guides in one of the stickies which explain the basics of MySQL.
