[Antrix/Ascent] instance casting

hey everyone i been fighting with trying to get instant casting on my server so everyone has it i been told this is not possible but i am currently playing on a server that has it. i know of the gm skill to give myself instant spells and cooldowns but i want everyone to have it if any one has any ideas let me know:vegeta:

Why would you want Instant casts? Just wondering. It would make spell casters over powered.

well im trying to make my level cap to 255 and from my understanding after 70 the spell bonus damage goes down because the math gets messed up.
