[Antrix] Bug- and glitch-free server?

Hey folks, i'm relatively new and inexperienced at this sort of thing, forgive me for being a little slow.

Thanks to the superb guides i found here (Attilla888 and Karnage come to mind), i managed to get a private antrix server up and running with almost no trouble.

However, my experiences playing on my server have been slightly frustrating due to consistent bugs and glitches while playing: Warlock and hunter pets don't work properly, many quests are completely mixed up, Rogues can backstab while not behind monsters, miniature infernals appeared randomly floating around the Exador, some professions are very glitchy, and one cave entrance appeared halfway into the sky.

Is this something i can fix, or are glitches like these inevitable? I have tried using some different databases (terranet3, 4, and 5) with no result. Maybe i didn't update them correctly, or somesuch...
