[ANTRIX] Connecting to server

I don't know if someone has asked this question before, or if its been answered, or if there is no answer, but could someone please tell me how I can get my friends to connect to my server. I can connect to myself using 127.0.0.1, but when I try having my friends connect i've tried everything, given them every variation of my IP, and changed the antrix.conf and all of them in different ways to try and allow them to connect to my IP, but they can not connect. Can someone help me?
