Antrix DB Problem

I started a fresh new antrix server with rev 641 and the newest db (TNPS 6).

I have a problem with quest items. I just begin as troll and you all know Sarkoth. For example he do not drop his claw. Same with the skorpidworker tails. So the quest items drop from mobs do not drop.

Where is my fault in setting up this server.

I make db with SQLyog and tried also with Navicat, both have this problems

you probably didn't do anything wrong, the problem is in the actual database. Either the creature isn't set to drop the item, or the chance of it dropping is set to 0.
