[Antrix] General Help With Private Server

I would like some help with my server please, everything works perfectly, I have the settings set to where any version of WoW can play (min/max client thing)

BUT, even though i have installed TBC, i dont have access to things such as creating the new chars, OR, going to the Barrens. I don't mean to beg, but please help?

When I run ad.exe it says

I have a 2.1.3.6898 ver of WoW and i use an Antrix server btw.
