Antrix help...simple for you inpossable for me XD

Yo, ok so far i have set everyine on the Antrix TuT. What is really thrown me off is that, i dont understand how we create a new database. I have tried but it will not work. Help me and dont just copy and paste what he said in the TUT either. Thanks this is the only thing i need help wih.

Navicat- To make a new database open your connection. Now right click in an empty spot and pick new database. Name the database "Antrix." Then right click the database and click "execut batch file." Next find antrix.sql and then click open. Now wait for a little while and then your ready.
SQLyog- Open your connection then right click in an empty spot along the side and pick create database. Name the database "Antrix." Now right click the database and pick "restore from sql dump" then find the antrix.sql and open it. Then click execute and wait for it to finish.

that would work great if the antrix.sql file was written correctly.. keeps coming up with a syntax error or something and i cant figure it out
any help would be great...
