[Antrix] How to get server to TBC?

I made my server succesfully, and vendors are now 100% working etc etc.

But, my mates in this server says that they cant buy tier 4-5-6 cos the server isnt TBC.

I dont have registration page either so u can say how to create page too.

when creating an account, you have to set "flags=8" to enable TBC for this account. you can also update this flag for an existing account.

and concernig "unable to buy": IIRC, the vendor with Tier 4-6 isnt seeling these sets for gold, you need an item in exchance. Was wondering before too, did an .additem for the requiered Items and then i could get the tier 5 items from his store. have a look at the tiny icon next to the Tier X item within the vendors store.
(Hopefully i dont mixe here something - was using terranet DB at this time)

Ok, i changed new maps from extractor what titus4k put in his post.

But, level cap is still 70, accounts are flagged to 8 and i have TBC maps(hopefully).

btw, i tested shattrath portal and it worked, i went to shattrath but i didnt check outside mobs.
