I Got the Exact same problem! wtf is going on!

Add this line to all three .conf files and restart server

LogonServer.RemotePassword = password

FYI This is fixed in the latest Build that was put out today. Build 243
Also there are more additions to the config files along with this line.

I had the same, but indeed it works if you put that in both configs, just now out of no where it just doesnt want to connect to mysql when i set mysql to use passwords, now i have to open all grant tables to all users for it work, bah!
