[Antrix] quest-spawn

hey, i searched this forum but didnt really find anything about antrix quest system.
My goal is 2 spawn a npc that is a quest giver/receiver or just make a new quest and put it with a existing npc.
i tried but for some reason it wont work :s
Im a bit confused with the id and entry parts, so can someone help me with this pls?
