    Antrix - Unable to connect publically

    Hey guys, just got antrix up and running.. I can connect via lan and do everything great, no problems there.
    The problem I'm having is that other people cannot connect to my server from the outside world.
    I'm behind a router but I have forward all the relevant ports (8092, 3306, 8129, 3724 and 1774 since i noticed that is the port I was connecting on). I have also edited the realms.conf, antrix.conf and logonserver.conf to allow outside connections... or as far as I thought. Searched on the forums extensively and found nothing that will work...
    The only thing I can think it might be is a config problem somewhere so I'm pleading the experts to have a look ;)

    The computer running the server has no software firewalls of any kind running.. so that can't be it.

    here's all my .conf files for looking at:

    Code:
    logonserver.conf

    LogonServer.RemotePassword = "change_me_logon" <<-- change this (in logonserver.conf and antrix.conf)

    Tried changing the client build in the conf but to no avail, I don't see how that could effect people getting "unable to connect" surely that would produce a client build error instead of a connection error?

    Changing
    LogonServer.RemotePassword = "change_me_logon"
    does nothing, does that really matter what the remotepassword is? As long as they're both the same it should be fine right?

    any more thoughts?

    I suggesto to use 0.0.0.0 for all hosts and do what amedra said.
    Give it a try and let us know.

    Tried what amedra said, didn't work :(

    Tried changing all hosts to 0.0.0.0... still didn't work :(

    EDIT: Thought I'd also add that I'm running a teamspeak and counter-strike source server off this machine with no problems at all so I can't think it could be anything to do with the machine not allowing connections in or out since they both run fine, probably just haven't configured it properly.
    I already checked if the ports conflict and they do not

    Have you opened the necessary ports? If you run a server with a router you'll need to open some ports to let other connect.

    3724 (i think it should work with tcp only, but not sure)
    8093 (both tcp/udp)

    Yep, if you read my first post it will tell you what ports I have opened.

    I'm having same problem bro, I had my server working perfect with friends and I connecting at the same time on my desktop ysing dyndns, switched server to my laptop, set all proper settings, changed my router to send all the same ports to my laptop now, and the S.O.B. won't let them connect, only me since I'm behind the same router. I'm assuming my router is somehow causing the problem. It's a Linksys btw.

    check your firewall... also if you have no firewall isntalled there's always windows firewall.
    contro panel->security centre (or similar, i've italian windows)
    Here enable the forewarding.

    You could also have internet security programs wich often have integrated firewalls... try to switch those security programs off.

    I have no software firewalls or internet security programs on, and windows firewall is off. Still not working.
