[Antrix] Updates? Huh? And NPC Name change Problem

Hey there,
I just started my own Antrix Server and it works perfect, but there are some things that are just to difficult for me...

I tryed to put Vendors in my Database, I used lots of guides and everytime I end up with an NPC that DOESN't has the name I want, If I change Infernal (Enty: 89) name to Tier 1 Vendor and I spawn him ingame after a reload/restart his name STILL is Infernal, the only thing that works for me is making him a vendor (The bag when you scroll over).

I also don't know how to Update my server, Ascent/Antrix what's the difference? What the hell are Rev's? I see updates like rev 1254 or whatever, how do I install these and what is the newest one? Help me please Iam desperate!

PS: I also don't know how I should put new SQL Files with vendors in my Database like the one that is stickyed!

Latest rev is 1491 and there is no difrence between antrix/ascent they both the same .If u update from latest antrix rev you sould proberly need some updates for the db .

But how do I Update? Iam reall a noob at running servers ^^

Well its proberly easyer to start from scratsh yust do an new clean setup

For an update start ALL over again? But that means that I'll have to delete all my objects? And how do I put a database in? Retype everything in the MYSQL files?

OK, everytime you update something in the Database like name changes or item modifications, you NEED TO DELETE your >CACHE< folder.
