Antrix Website Problem

I loaded the website into my PHP program, and its working fine for me, however, nobody but me can connect to it for some reason. I'm not using a router, and my firewall is set to allow the releveant programs.... anyone have any ideas? Its probably something simple lol... it usually is, but oh well... not much to do but ask.

Any chance you can tell me specifically what to change? I cant find anything legible to me aside from a word or two lol.

Meh... that guide does nothing for me... my website is completely different from theirs, and the php.ini doesnt even resemble the example.
