ArcEmu-World & ArcEmu-Logon won't launch..

I've built a server on my friends PC, he asked em to help..
i've did it via Radmin ok all went fine until i wanted to launch the World and Logon Servers...
it wrote somthing that the Program had and error..
i biult it on Home Version of Vista ...
tried to change the Compability to WinXp SP2 in each exe file of the server files but still didn't work
