Area Trigger Problem

Hi when my players join instances the area triggers dont work
They claim most instances dont work and i have tried entering naxx and the new temple
Both area triggers are displayed when u try to enter
Eg
[System] Enter area trigger ****
But nothing else happns
Some support plz?
is it just a general problem or have i fucked up?
