Ascent 2025 + NCDB 575

1. I cant reach lvl71 with gm account
2. Feed Pet doesnt have at trainer. When i learn with gm command feed cant run.

which update db for fix?

1. Level 70 is the player cap, hard-coded into the core. No more going past lvl 70 on ascent unless you know how to undo the changes, so no db fix here.
2. I don't know about feed pet, but pets in general have been buggy on ascent since the beginning, also a core issue and no db fix.
