[Ascent] All users showing as "Unknown"

I've backed up my chars, killed the DB and rebuilt it, restored them, and chars are still showing up as Unknown to themselves and others. The show correctly in the Friends and Who list, but in the game world, they show as Unknown, and it causes issues when trying to invite people to your group, says You Can't Invite Yourself to a Group.

Anyone know where this setting would be to correct the problem? I get the feeliing it's getting backed up in my Char Backup, but I'm not sure where to look to resolve it.
