[Ascent] Best Core+DB???

Hi, what is actual the best DB+ Core for Ascent?
I dont care about new stuff like guild bank , etc... i just want a stable and most possible bugfree version of Ascent. If possible i want the server (quests etc.) in german language

the last core is ascent rev 3022 and db is ncdb 851 work with patch 2.3.2
