[ascent]Cant create Character?

hi,

i have problem when i log on my server works 100%
bat if i create character......
if i'm done with character and klick create character (Enter)
he logs out if i log in no character made how to fix this
(i readed the Ascent fix page bat i dont realy understand becous,there stands i need an other character.mqsl ore samthing,plz help i dont know what to do!
