[Ascent] Character and NPC Problems

Im upgrading my Ascent Server to 2.3.3 the server works mostly but the characters are bugging out when they log out they loss all the items given to them and dont start with any started items on new characters?

NPC are running at 100 miles and hour now how do i slow them down?

Check your db and maybe update it

what database and character dabase do i use i have all the resent updates.
what am i looking for in the world database?
