[Ascent] Error Please help

i can strat logonserver perfect but ascent.exe not
this is the error

Startup failed for some reason. Please review the error messages above and hit a
ny key to exit.
Error in my_thread_global_end(): 1 threads didn't exit

does someone know what to do please help
