Ascent.exe

everytime i open logonserver then i try
ascent.exe a microsft error comes up and
says "Ascent.exe has encounterd a problem
and needs to close."

Anyone who has seen these error or nows how to fix it plx help

i dd but then i get this error that says this appilation has requested a runtime to termnate in an un-usaual way.
