[Ascent][Help] Account Create

I just recently switched from mangos to ascent by using the guide that is stickied here. However, when I create an account through SQLyog it doesnt seem to update the server with the new account, I have to restart the entire server to get the new account working.

Is this how ascent works or how do I fix this?
