[Ascent][Help] .additem disconnect

When I make an item using .additem OR give it to an NPC vendor ".NPC addvendoritem <ID>" I get booted from my Ascent server and am unable to connect properly until i restart the server.
Then if i log on with the character that got the item I will be instanta booted and again won't be able to relog until full restart.

I have been searching for hours bu have found no solution from anyone - the question has been asked but never answered Help PLEASE :) *beg*

I am using ascent r2422 and wow 2.3.3.7799
