[Ascent][Help] AV form instance map to normal?

Hello. I wanted to ask can I make AV like normal map? Because I have made portals to it and when I try to enter a portal with 2 different chars I go into 2 different AV`s (like instance), when chars are in party I enter to AV with both chars. How can I make AV to normal map, that many players that are not in raid/party can join ONE AV?
