[Ascent][Help] Items wont add!

Ok I am using ADE (Ascent Database Editor) and when I try to add a item it goes in. I reload the items table and try to add it to my inventory it doesn't exist it shows in inventory. I restarted server a lot. Please help because I don't want to Recompile Ascent because I have it LUA enabled, Flying Mounts in Azeroth and all my scripts are for Ascent Stable 3.5. Thanks in advance I never seen this problem before.

i dont think this has anyting to do with what ascent you using.

i found out that alot of ppl having exact same problem when using uncompatible DB editor with the NCDb they use.
