The config files for your logon server has been updated with some additional information. Scroll all the way to the bottom of your logonserver.conf file and you will see

AllowedIPs = "***Must Be Changed***"
AllowedModIPs = "***Must Be Changed***">

Read the information it gives you about these directives.

But.. What do I type into those to get ALL IP's accepted? ^^

I'm not sure as i haven't updated my revision yet so i don't have those options in my config.
But a guess in the blue sky would be to leave them empty

Thats What I Did And Works Fine Now
and i am using 4408 compilng 4413 now

This is what the bottom of your logon config file should look like

<LogonServer RemotePassword = "MUST MATCH world config file!!!"
             AllowedIPs = "127.0.0.0/24"
             AllowedModIPs = "127.0.0.0/24">
