[Ascent] Homepage / Earth Shield

What is Ascent's homepage? I was trying to ask about Earth Shield, since I'm probably sure that the charge number was mistyped or written in decimal while it was coded in binary, and it's a pretty small mistake but it makes for most of Resto Shaman's utility, pvp and raid wise.
