If you want to edit a weapon/item you need to find it in the SQL database and edit the fields. I am sure you can find a simple guide on how to do this if you look.

Type this in:

You have to be GM3 to make customs. It's icon is the red '?'.
Damage stops at 100k, speed 0.01. Artifact rarity = GM items.
