I agree with him. It's in the Tools/Scripts/Packages Topic. If you have trouble finding it. Otherwise you will have to edit the database directly.

You may create a weapon with custom stats but u cant create a new item diplay, because it depends on wow mpq files..ofcourse u can upload yours but then u will need to do a patch 4 all your players lol

Every weapon has a display number, you can look it up in your database, or there is downloadable lists on the net.

You can edit ANY armor/weapon skin in WoW, it is stuck in the MPQ files, not editable what so ever, all yu can do is find one you like
