[Ascent] I Need help. Can't decide what Ascent to use.

I'm not too sure what Ascent to use. I want a stable Ascent but idk what the advantages are of updating to the lastest revision. So should i choose Ascent 2.4-Stable r2409 or another version?

Use the latest unstables. They might be a little less reliable for stability, (but hey, that's what an auto-restarter is for!) but they have more updated features.
