If you had the newer database[3400+]

and you couldnt train any skills,
then DO NOT sql update npcs,
if you do you will not be able to train ANYTHING.

if your npcs are walking in place,merging or walking very fast [.modify speed 100]

Edit:I've tested it and for me it works 100% without the updates.
