[ASCENT] im just wondering how do my friends connect to my server

yea ive given them my ip but they say it justt say connecting and doesnt do anything plz help..

hmm, you need dyndns and port forwarding and stuff, i use hamachi though :)

yeeea... about hamachi, here are simple easy steps

1)download hamachi

2)install hamachi

3)start up hamachi

4)follow begining tutorial (you have to do this or else i wont let you do anything)

5)create a network with password

6)change alot of the ips in the configs to your hamachi ip (host name, listen host, etc)

7)change the database host on the sql program you have to the hamachi ip

8)test if server works, if not you missed sometthing

9) if it does work, get your friends to do steps 1-4, and join your network

10) get them to join
