Ascent - Instance Errors

I cant go into any instances, it just gives me the error:
Normal difficulty mode is not available for Karazhan.. and so on

It still does this even if I set it to heroic

I am having this problem as well, any help would be much appreciated.
EDIT: I am also getting the error:"You must be in a raid group to pass through here." Just trying to test 5 mans.

Guys, we really need some help here.
Let me descire my problem properly:
I'm usin' Ascent Rev 2171 NCDB Rev 615; A half of instances r only for raid use, but not a right one. For example, I can't enter BRS(i mean non-raid part) without Raid Group what is wrong. And as u can know Gnomer never was a raid-instance^^
And is it possible to make gm enter a raid-instances?

This has to do with something between Ascent and the database. I'm not sure what because everyone has this error.
