ascent login problems

I've got ascent installed and working except one thing:

I can't login cos i can't create ab account to login with.

I'm new to this sort of stuff...can someone help me create an account?

if you dont have webpage, then create account in your sql database

i know how to create the table...but what fields do i need in it?

Or do you know somewhere i can DL the SQL file so i can just import that table...?
