Ascent Mage Spell Not Working

Hi i have problem with spell on my server people told me that mage spell "Presence of Mind" is not working ;/

can enyone tell me how to fix this...

this is my first server i use : Ascent Rev2554 , Mafiaboy's Repack V3
plz i need help on this one... ;/

You need to install the latest ascent cores and ncdb's.

is there eny one single fix for it? or just tell me how to fix it... i eed only this to fix... ;/ ot all DB...
