[Ascent-NCDB] Some Questions

Hey guys!

I just got NCDB through doing the checkout for the SVN revision. The one I have right now is revision 1016. I was just wondering that when I use the Tool.bat thing and it puts all the stuff in the database, is it already fully updated or do I need to do some SQL update increments. If so, which ones?
