[Ascent] No spells after character transfer

Recently i went back to the latest 2.4 revision because i was having to many issues with the 2.5. and i copied all the characters and their items along with pets, petspells, player summons. but all the spells on the transfered characters are gone along with the spellbook. is there any way to recover those? New characters are fine, it's just te transfered ones having trouble with.

did you export the whole character db or just certain tables?

the thing is i have the character DB with the world DB. But ill run threw it again and make sure i didnt miss anything and get back to ya.

EDIT: I just imported ALL the tables for the character DB, but still no spells in spellbook for existing characters.

hmm that's a tough one then, I really don't know what to tell you. If it's possible I would use a seperate database for your account/character stuff. For this specific reason. So you can back up a full database if something goes wrong. Just a suggestion :S

I just think its something to do with the different columns in the table from revision 2.4 to 2.5, because i can manually copy over the spells column and it just reverts back to the no spells. I will try and delete my character cache and try again

EDIT: nothing, lol.. would i be able to use the SQL updates from the 2.5 revisions?

ok, so basically i had to go into the SQL backup of the character table, and add in 4 tables that were missing from the 2.5 revision but are there in the 2.4. So, once i added the code to the SQL to add those 4 tables, i just had to set the Defaults for two tables and ran it, and it went threw fine, its because of those four tables everything got jumbled and pushed back 4 spaces.
