Ascent: Private Realm - Logging Into Game

Hello everyone,

I'm having difficulties logging into the game itself. I can log into my account, I can create a character. That works fine.

Here's the problem:

When I click connect, it runs, and once the blue bar touches the end of the loading bar, it stops, and the world does not load.

What's the problem, and how do I fix it?
