[Ascent] Problem with Ascent rev2171 and Milestone 2.2

ok, i got some problems/bugs with my server..

when i try to go in to any instance in outland i only get the text
"You need to be in a raid to entrance" or "You need to be atleast lvl71 to be here" What is wrong? is it the Ascent rev or milestone db?
