Download this DLL-files.com - msvcr80.dll, free download and extract it in your System32 folder from Windows.
We've all established this but even if you add it you still get 2nd and 3rd errorOriginally Posted by AniPein
Attempts:
1. Tried Installing Visual Redistrubutiables 2008
2. Tried Installing Visual Redistrubutiables 2005
3. Tried Download "msvcr80.dll" and putting it in the Ascent folder

5. Tried Restarting after attempts 1-4
6. Tried dragging "msvcr80.dll" onto "ascent.exe"

Nothing has changed though.
Did this used to work before, on a special revision that has problems? I want to experiment myself to come up with a solution.
I am also getting the same problems have tried with and without the .dll and same errors as Espionage724
I think it happened on 3317 also
Can you PM me a compiled version? I'm on my laptop.
My friend compiled 3321 and his works fine. Idk why either. He compiled it with VC 2005 idk if that matters though or not.

Just go to Serverfiles, Download the .msv files and extrace into your ascent folder, done!
i had it but i downloaded .net framework and the dll and it worked
Delete the folder where u downloaded the source...and create new folder called Ascent and do again SVN Checkout...download all again and recompile it will work...for me worked
Can somone give me link to corect .msv ? I try to googling but i found nothing.
