[Ascent] Random timeout

Hey guys. I have a full running Ascent server running. it is set up like it should, and everything is working like it should, people local can join and people from the outside can join. Sometimes, and its random, but when i look at my server window, i can see that the server times out, but its only random, and when it does that, people cant login or newly joined players just stand in the game with no name over their head and the icons in the icon bars in the buttom or side are all big red ? and sometimes they loose connection when the server times out. People feel this HUGE lag were everything is in a standstill...? iam on a 15/4 Mbit adsl. i just want to hear if other people is having this problem, or is it just me. I have rechecked my setup over and over again, and all is just fine. I feel like :2gunsfiring_v1: something :-) when it does that, and my players get pissed off because of this. Any help about this would be nice.

Anyone..? Iam 100% sure that my router is set up the right way, all ports are forwarded like the guide says. and all external players can join, i just have this damn timeout, that freezes or kicks all the players from external connection, but all local are still on..? I used Hamachi once, its a crappy thing to use, but atleast it worked like a charm

UPDATE. I bougth a new router, now the timeout went away.

I only have this weird problem left.

When a player from the outside joins the server, hes name will show as unknown over hes head, and most of the icons in the toolbars in the buttom or in the right side will have a big red ?and while this is going on, the player cant do much in game, like hes lagging big time.

Then if the player joins from a local machine, there is no problem.
If he keeps joining from the outside, it seams like it will update more and more each time the player joins.

Does anyone know why i have this problem..?
my world is running smooth and no startup errors. its a fast duo core pc with 4 gigs of ram and raid 0. iam on a 15/4 Mbit adsl.

Any help or any kind of solution to my problem would be so nice.

Made a full SQl update from the latest updates there is.

Its a fresh world, but i restored my character and account Db from a backup, since i have like more then 200 users and like a 1000 toons. The Sql restore went fine, not a single problem there, i ran the Sql updates after i restored my Character/account DB and the server started in one hit not a single error, and tested random login on diffrent accounts, just to see if the old error was back with the login naked characters or the loop with login. all worked just fine. But i have this damn annoying lagspike thingy were people dont have a name and items are not updated in their slots only a big red ? all over the place. and its only when they join from the outside, no problem from a local login. My server is far from overloaded, i have watch it closely.
