You do know that to run 2 realms you need to have two Ascent emu folders for each realm?, and each time you have to turn on both.

You have to Modify 2.server Realm.conf correctly!

<Realm1 Name = "bla...."
        Address = "127.0.0.1:8129"
        Icon = "PVP"
        Colour = "1"
        Population = "1.0"
        TimeZone = "1">

We didn't call one, but you are acting like one. We know it "doesn't work", but we have no clue as to what you have set it up like. So, we have to go through the basics before going into more technical trouble shooting. Most of the time the problem is something easy that you accidently miss. Maybe Post the configs? Provide us with more information so we can know where to start. Rather than just saying it doesn't work. That's like going to a doctor and pointing at your body and saying it doesn't work, then expect him to know what to tell you. We need to know the facts.

As far as the realm2 conf. A lot of people don't run 2 realms on the same host. The 2 servers cause lag for each other. So, by running ascent from two different directories you can place different realms on different servers. While also maintaining the ability to still run them off the same host when needed.
