[Ascent] Seems to have a Acent App and Logon App Problem

Hey there. I just found out about Ascent. I used to be very good at starting WoW Private servers and helping people out with them. However this is new to me. I have never herd about or even knew about Ascent. I used to use Mangos, I was told Ascent is alot better. Well here is my issue.

I installed everything according to the Guide Stickied at the top. I extracted the maps and all. Did everything great. I am using the latest Rev of Ascent and the latest everything as of 12/9/07. I editied my config files and such. Now I just want to try this out on my own computer first. I didn't change the IP yet. It is still at the orignial so i dont know if that is the problem. But anyway here is is. I start up ascent: it all checks out then i get this error:

"Connection failed: reason was "Can't create TCP/IP Socket (10050) sql: Main database intialization failed. Exiting"

So then i tried starting up logon first: Erro reads "Can't create TCP/IP Socket (10050)"

Now was this becasue I didnt change the IP in the config files? And if that is the reason then how can i find out my computer's internal IP addy. ANd I am using Widonw's Vista Home edition by the way.

I did search but couldnt find any answers. Thanks for the help. The only thing i found was one post saying that it means the database does not exist? I am nto sure where the link for it was. But I know the database is there. Bth of em. The World one and the Character one. And both are populated.
