[Ascent] Server crashes on start up

Whenever I try and start the ascent server it crashes citing an error at "0x006CC4A4."

The logonserver and voicechat both start and run fine.

I am using the default Ascent 2554 install set to work online with dynds.

Any help at all would be appreciated.
