NCDB 680
Character DB the newest one.

my latest problem is about getting to the toon screen and having it load then crap out on me.

I ran all SQL updates that would allow me to do so and same result

wonder what happened with your thread lol...I guess none of my business...anyway can you connect and play on any other server using that same wow? as in the one located in folder copy of world of warcraft2? maybe it's that copy that's causing problems. I'd try creating a new character...maybe even one on the opposite side, horde or alliance.

Try dropping the ncdb, or world database. Whatever you named it, Then make it again and just do a fresh install of revision 680 and only run the sql update called (1649) World - Banned Phrases.sql then try.

to answer your question the versions of wow im running are the 2.3 versions
what i do is after an update i copy my entire wow folder and i use that to play on PS'es
