[Ascent] Stuck on connected screen help

hey all

i followed the [Ascent] Server Guide (Last Update: 12/7/07) and everything works but when i login i get stuck on connected doesnt get ani futher can anyone help me....


i have the lasted ascent rev 2527 and do i need the lastest patch

You mus have in your logon.conf, ascent.conf and realm.config files corect ip adres. If you run server on same machine where you play wow, then set you ip adres to 127.0.0.1 and dont forget change you realmlist.wtf in your wow directory to 127.0.0.1 .
Or if you have it OK, then check your game version. It is a way to login with else version if you change in ascent.conf minbuild for some number less and maxbuild set to 9999.

Does your Ascent window (cmd window) have a bunch of errors? If so you need to run the sql updates 25xx on your Database.
