[Ascent] website? stuck at white screen

Hey,

Just curious as to what could cause this but it would appear no matter what website i use for ascent signup page when i load into my webserver(which is on my own pc) it just comes up with a white screen i can load other PHP/HTML docs just not the ascent website, any suggestions?

NOTE: im using Wamp as my apache server to host my website
